Our Services

GazeFi provides MICE services (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Events) including event planning, management, and creative solutions. Service details will be specified in individual project agreements.

User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Use our services in compliance with applicable laws
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Not engage in harmful or disruptive activities
• Maintain confidentiality of account credentials

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and materials created by GazeFi remain our intellectual property unless otherwise specified in writing. Clients receive usage rights as defined in project agreements.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Late payments may incur additional fees. We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts.

Limitation of Liability

GazeFi's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions may not allow these limitations.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with appropriate notice as specified in project agreements. We may immediately terminate access for violations of these terms.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
